Te propongo preparar estas brochetas de pollo.

Ingredientes:
Aceite Capullo® Spray
2 pechugas de pollo cortadas en cubos
1 cucharada de azúcar morena
1 cucharada de miel de abeja
1/2 taza de salsa soya
1 cucharada de ajo en polvo
1 cucharada de cebolla en polvo
Pimienta y chile de árbol en polvo al gusto
El jugo de 5 limones
Palitos de madera

Preparación:
Mezcla todos los ingredientes; con este preparado, marina las pechugas de pollo durante una hora.
Coloca el pollo en los palitos, rocía con dos disparos de aceite Capullo® Spray, pon las brochetas en un molde y hornea durante 20 minutos a 180 ºC.
Sirve con limón y ramitas de cilantro.

Ingredients:

3 Tbsp. butter
1 yellow onion, diced
2 carrots, peeled and diced
1 large head of broccoli. cut into florets and thinly sliced
2 Tbsp. minced garlic
2 Tbsp. flour
3 cups low sodium chicken broth
4 cups milk
2 cups sharp cheddar cheese, grated
Salt and pepper to taste
Tabasco sauce to taste
Directions:
In a large pot, melt the butter on medium, and add all the vegetables.
Cook for about 5 to 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until all vegetables
are softened. Stir in the flour until it coats all the vegetables, then stir in
the chicken stock vigorously to keep the flour from clumping. Simmer
for a few minutes, then pour a little of soup at a time into a blender, and
puree until mostly smooth. You can also use a hand held mixer and Mix
it right in the pot. Make sure to remove pot from burner first.
Bring soup to a simmer again on low heat, and add the milk and cheese.
Season with the salt and pepper and a few good shakes of the Tabasco.
Serve with some Parmesan crisps, or garlic baguettes. Yummy!

Chicken Braised in Soy Sauce and Lemon

Brown 16 ounces bone-in chicken pieces in a few tablespoons olive oil. Remove them and stir in some chopped garlic. Add the minced zest of a lemon, a pinch of cayenne, 2 tablespoons soy sauce, 1 teaspoon sugar, and 1/3 cup water; stir. Add the chicken, cover, and simmer. Turn the pieces once; the dish will be done in about 15 minutes. Add lemon juice and more soy sauce to taste.

Ingredients

1 Cup Cherry Juice, divided

3 Tablespoons Gelatin

1/2 Cup Raw Honey (other natural sweeteners will work too)

Directions

Sprinkle gelatin over 1/2 cup of cherry juice. Let the gelatin and juice sit for a few minutes while the gelatin absorbs the juice.

Heat the remaining 1/2 cup of cherry juice over medium heat. Bring to a boil. Take the juice off the heat and add honey and salt.

Mix well and pour over the gelatin mix. Stir until the gelatin is completely dissolved. Pour into molds (if using) or into a 8×8 pan. Refrigerate until the fruit snacks are set, 2-4 hours.

Piña Colada Gummy Snacks

⁠Ingredients:

2 cups full fat coconut milk

1 and 1/2 cups chopped pineapple (fresh or frozen)  (defrost first if using frozen)

4 TBS gelatin

3-4 TBS raw honey (depending on how sweet you want it

In a blender, puree coconut milk and pineapple until smooth.

Heat mixture in a medium pan to a very gentle boil.  Continue to simmer add honey and gelatin until dissolved.

Pour into 8×8 baking dish or any cute molds you may have.  Place in fridge, when set cut into blocks.

Strawberry Lemonade Gummies

Ingredients

1 cup pureed strawberries

1/3 cup lemon juice

2 Tbsp. raw honey

9 Tbsp. grass fed gelatin

Silicone molds (you can buy these cute bear design or heart design)

Directions:

Pour strawberry mixture, lemon juice and honey into a pan on low/medium heat.

Mix well until warm (not hot as it will kill the awesome probiotic properties of the raw honey!).

Add gelatin and mix well until dissolved.

Pour contents of pan into a cup with a spout (like a measuring cup).

Pour mixture into candy molds.

Place in freezer for 15 minutes.

1/2 Cup Orange Juice

1/2 Cup Raw Honey

1/2 Cup Gelatin

Pinch of Sea Salt

Directions

Sprinkle gelatin over cranberry juice. Let the gelatin and juice sit for a few minutes while the gelatin absorbs the juice.

Heat 1/2 cup of orange juice over medium heat. Bring to a boil. Take the juice off the heat and add honey and salt.

 Mix well and pour over the gelatin mix. Stir until the gelatin is completely dissolved. Pour into molds (if using) or into a 8×8 pan.

Refrigerate until the fruit snacks are set, 2-4 hours.
